All BNPL have high customer churn rates it's in the very nature of the flighty millennials cohort.
You could have ten million registered customers but the revenue from a single customer is negligible unless they are using the system on a regular basis.
it quickly becomes apparent to anyone using the system frequently that they might as well have paid cash or use a credit card and clear the balance with 4-6 weeks.
All this nonsense about instos accumulating people have short memories
No one wanted a large block of the Westpac shares and it had to be broken up into small parcels.
if Instos wanted to accumulate that was their opportunity but they passed on that .
