We have a sale, but we don't have the X on the dotted line yet. Would Deloittes consider that as being good enough?
Can that be considered as a secured sale? If not then we'll have to wait till early next year. Or they might push it thru
quicker.
Personally, I don't see Deloittes taking a chance that it may fall over, although unlikely. Would be simple if WPL PE.
It wouldn't make any difference to us now.
