Yes bacci, someone higher up the food chain needs to stripped of their medals and citations. Who turned a blind eye to these alleged crimes. Do our commanders operate in a bubble or don't they hear the whispers of wrongdoings? And who sent these troops on 2, 3, and 4 missions knowing that there was a chance our troops had become desensitised to the job of killing the enemy. And what about the enemy; just like the Viet Cong perhaps....simple rice farmers during the day who turned into members of the cadre at night. Why not strip our soldiers of any weapons that might kill and equip them with public relations kits instead.
