And yet you're advising people to not buy and hold? This seems rather odd to me. Maybe you should read a bit of Buffet and see what he suggests for companies with strong long term prospects.

They just raised $10m and Alex Thorny invested a few million as well? What are you talking about no interest? You yourself posted that you did research on Thorny and acknowledged what kind of validation that represented.

It's not unusual for a stock that has been struggling for a long time to get sold down immediately after a strong surge - there are plenty of recent examples (BRN, VR1, NZS, AL3 etc). It's normal for people that have been in the red or bought lower to use the upward momentum to sell some or all, plus you have the traders doing their thing and pumping it higher. And yes old stalwarts of the stock, hint hint, decide they've had enough after so many years of pain and sell (although they may leave a few in the wife's account to keep their hold status).

The story hasn't changed with ZLD; they have hit their milestones this year. You ran out of patience with the stock, fair enough we've all been there, three years is a long time. But it still has a while to play out for a lot of us who also believe as you put it 'the long term plan looks very juicy'.

I share the same positive outlook as you.
It would be great if you can shed some light on two points, majority would agree are not so positive:
1- management keep issuing new shares, millions of new shares in the last 2 years, this has played a major role in lowering the stock price.

2- high salaries of management, recently raised from 300k to 700 plus annual for a company not making profit yet
