I think you'll be waiting a long time if you rely on "signals" from management. At this stage of the project IMO it'd be better to make up your own mind on TNG based on your own research.

Management may, or may not, be aware that financiers have put up their hand to say they'd be prepared to invest in TNG, but until the FEED is finished and the final numbers are known I don't even think SMS or KfW will know if Tivan, and the Mt Peake Project that relies on it, will stack up for finance, let alone TNG's management.

Also financiers will also be governed by events at the time that are not necessarily TNG specific. Until they sign on the dotted line any finance hints that TNG management might know about mean nothing!
