just to add to @ywtoh notes - In some respects - Richard Irvine saying "Trust me - I got this" (IMO in a Positive way and I'm heartened by his significant S/H), with not much detail on how FLC are going to 'focus on China' apart from the mention of the very high quality team they've built up there. Mentioned iTest as an example of how business can grow rapidly. He seemed excited about the opportunities in SE Asia, so hopefully something brewing there. He reiterated the importance of Ivory Coast to cash flow in funding FLC operations. Focus on channel partners to sell our products but also to carry more of the costs in marketing them (vs a local FLC office).
RI was asked about FLC penetration into Australia & expressed frustration in lack of take up (given our large coastal population potential for Nirobox & remote area's potential for decentralized SPS)
I asked the question -' Will the increased focus on China, not increase Fluence risk profile, taking into account the deteriorating relationships between Australia and China?' answered above, but personally I do feel that the potential risks have elevated now that FLC is becoming more dependent on one country. Of course the potential rewards have also increased as well (very tempted to add to my holdings this week at this price).
