About 43.8 per cent of shares voted on Friday were against the remuneration report – exceeding the 25 per cent threshold needed to trigger a first strike – and 42.6 per cent were against the options grants, which required 50 per cent approval.
Does this mean if shareholder vote no on next remuneration report then whole board will be re elected ?
