Wouldn't there be a few rounds of cap raises which will dilute the shareholder value.
Whilst increasing the overall share market cap, unless one were to maintain their percentage ownings in the company, the share price may not necessarily rise with the share market cap.
ie 1 billion shares on issue NOW will equate to about a $0.043 per share price right now...
