I reckon would have a fair chance that shareholders would throw in a bit more if needed -

Indeed, the failure to come to shareholders for the money needed has caused concern to many. That they instead chose to take loans left right and centre and indoing so put the JV partner and Chairman in a superior positions to shareholders when it comes to recovering money has caused a deal of suspicion

Only caveat I wold place on my willingness to cough up some money is that the previous management must be gone.

They have well and truly demonstrated their capacity to manage so in my mind NONE can be there after this.

Don't know how we do that hopefully the 439a report will have the evidence we need
