Don't think anyone is expecting all time highs at anytime soon , the point some people miss here is that the fundamentals of Qantas haven't really changed and the fact that Alan Joyce actually signed on for a few more years to guide the company back to where it was pre-covid is another big plus. Another point to consider is that aircraft that were pre-planned to retire in say 2022 will now most likely retire in 2023 or slightly later as they have this year flown a lot less miles than would have been anticipated so that is yet another cost saving in the coming years. Shareprice may fluctuate a little up/down but longterm this is still a winner .
