Conroy stated Yesterday clearly that NBN would Go ahead, and without Telstra and that the they ( Labor ) are prepared to put more money in.
He also stated that Telstra would be forced to allow access to the winner and Telstra's High court challenge is WON ZERO Lost 7.
Can't believe I didnt sell at $4.21 in Nov/Dec cancelled my sell order. I hold 20,000 shares of Tls shares and received a margin call, I have until Tuesday to sell some or put more money into my account.
I have decided to sell, that should ensure a bounce in the share price of Tls itself !
