If you are going to judge this ETF on how it has performed since May, then it is not the ETF for you. A careful analysis will show that Chris Mackay went heavily to cash to protect his investors against the very real risk of a substantial Covid 19 downside. Safety often comes at a cost but allows you to sleep peacefully at night.
I bought up as many MFFOA options as I could (up to 25c) when they came on the market mid this year, and they have since gained 50% in value, so I couldn't be more pleased at the moment.
