Isn't Citic tied up in a big way with the CP Preston Iron Ore developement in WA (It's huge, Mills, pellatising plant the works)?

Hopefully Citic will also show interest in SDL (like they did with MCC).

If yes then SDL's major shareholder already has close ties with Chinese investment.
