re: Ann: Placement , Share Purchase Plan and ... Just googled and found 2 July 2007 announcment which states that Citic did buy $112.9 million of shares (@$7.20 each) from Talbot Group. It went on to say "We are grateful that Mr Talbot facilitated our further invectment".
Citic are largest shareholder in Macarthur. Today these shares are @ around $2.80 each.
