We know that PAA were still trying to recruit more Vets and more dogs.
So if it wasn't the dog numbers then one has to question why they wanted more dogs, one hasto also consider that the option document was nearly 6 months late.
The other thing to think about if it wasn't the dog number then w7hat was it, could it be that Elanco expected greater results. The result being very similar to what they achieved with the capule 5 years ago.
So anyway you look at it there is no way the rejection could have been a surprised, especially if one believes that PAA were working close together.
