that's a fascinating read and reality is BRL have had their case heard by the supreme court and that in itself required the Supreme court to acknowledge there was good reason for doing so.
BRL is a lame duck but not a dead duck and if they were to win in the supreme court those buying shares right now will be richly rewarded.
The court system is not a great place to be doing business.
I hope they win as I admire BRL's production performance on so many levels.
Balance sheet is also sound should they win.
I wonder what the fair SP for BRL is if they were to win..........have to be at least 10 cps although coking coal price will effect this but that sure beats the SP being affected by a court case which could send them bankrupt.
Would certainly be a great buy right now should they win but it really is a case of double your money or lose the lot
