My guess is .. CTO would potentially be a billion dollar company in the eyes of someone like Barrick and co.
CTO would need to be placed on the open market to prove this of course.
gold is a limited resource - the number of low cost high grade, advanced operations with 10 mill oz are even scarcer still and would command a premium.
