Never that I am aware of.. They do not even do, what I understand that Conroy is proposing to do, in communist countries, let alone Westernised Governments..
Why do you think that the Telstra Board are looking so hard and so often to China.. they do not have any such rules whereby a company is ripped off, in the name of competition.. Competition is NOT giving freebies to your opposition..
In China, competition is what it should be and the fittest and best survive.. Maybe Senator Conroy should take a trip there and have a good look at how to run a business..
