    When was the last time you saw a real dead cat bounce?

    They go whoomp and don't bounce at all.

    So my interpretation of a dead cat bounce is a sharp fall that just flattens out with little to no up move.

    That is far different to any sort of serious rally.

    Others may have their own interpretations.
