Regarding that 1 share showing....
When a broker wants to cross a parcel of shares the broker must show an order on both the Buy and Sell sides. Occassionally the broker shows just 1 share to buy or sell, depending on what orders they already have in the system.
There is no conspiracy, this happens in all stocks at various times.
