Hi Guys thought I would throw this in again for no other purpose than to prove that there were signs there of what was to come......

Three insert form my post from "Why now" a week before black Friday bear with me and follow the logic...

"Oraline 4 has been sold for how many years now. On every unit sold and on every website with specification about O4 there is warning that the device must be kept within a defined temp range for safe storage.

MPS have now raised it as an issue that needs to be fixed before there is any more movement forward in the JV. Remember this JV has been evolving for nearly three years. This leave us with either three options (well three that I can see)

1 MPS are fairly incompetent and short sighted in failing to take in consideration China's climate and O4 storage requirements.

2 MPS are being opportunistic and are taken advantage of SBN fragile liquidity and are pushing an almost blackmail line with insisting that SBN fix a problem which is in all fairness not there problem. China's climate is not SBN fault. CMC in Australia is happy with the product regardless of our climate. No one expects SBN to come up with a solution for storage in Port Hedland were the O4 is used by Boom Logistics. China's demand is quite bizarre.

3 Consider the above point of unreasonableness by the MPS - point three might be that they are looking for an out !!!!!!! play the dramatic music. Possible explanation is that perhaps they do not want a 20 year contract with a company that is hanging on for dear life on the this JV. They might be happy for SBN to go belly up and purchase the IP after the event. (Wild speculation on my behalf but just a thought to rise some discussion.

One thing I know for sure the temp issues is not SBN's fault, shortsightedness or incompetence. Nearly every medical device has a safe storage temperature range'

    and after some heated debate

"One last time ... Will the MPS push harder for a more advantageous out come for them in light of SBN financially weakened position. It is not a difficult concept to grasp is it. Companies and governments reposition and maneuver themselves all the time to get the upper hand."

and the after some real heated debate

"They are sinister and want to screw us or they love and want the best for us. There are million of variations between the two, but if all you can see is the extremists view such as you just posted to rebuff my argument then you will never see the subtle and hidden possibilities such as gently screwing us just to gain a slightly better position. Not breaking the contract just manoeuvring to a better outcome because they can."

I did not out line the above secerno because I am smart or a better researcher no I am in fact a goose. But I got curious as to why they would now be possibly stalling over a storage issue. And that was the key to seeing this coming.

After the event look at all the tell tale signs. QC issues, delays (we are one year behind), storage issues, paying wages for SiYi, downgrade of order. And while all this was being played out our cash reserves was burning out leaving us more and more vulnerable ever day. Before Friday I was asking what will they want next. And that is the big question we will have to wait for.

Add to it the Friday ann and it is not hard to see between the lines...... it is about good faith and SBN know it and those told it to us straight. SiYi is screwing us but I do not know what for.
