Kinda sucks. Why does the public get this info before us via an ASX release? If the news is out there, why not in an official ann? Or has the AFR found a leak and got info that should not have been available to the market yet?

That aside, looks like ~6% dilution which is not too bad, IMO. However, @17.5c kinda seems unfair, but then again when they would have negotiated it, we would have been around that level.

So all up, maybe an ok deal to help us to further consolidate as we move towards a larger footing. If we wonna become an over 10MOZ producer we'll have to raise a whole lot more in the next few years. So might as well do it early, avoid running empty putting NVA into a bad neg. pos. Great things to come.

IMO, means NVA is Really serious, and Chris knows what a large gold body is out there to prove - which will of course cost a lot of money. But you gotta spend a $ to make $$$$$!
