Finally we have closure!!
The deadline for PES t/o is over & AOE has pulled out of the race. IMO, they can now perhaps focus on Beach's 40% stake in TW.
We know AOE may have $891m in the coffers (from their offer for PES) and that Beach's 3P-1115PJ reserves are valued between $300m-$1b.
So, will we see some action on the beachfront from here onwards? Time will tell. Just my thoughts.
