Most of the 249d mob were initial shareholders in KCM & Beaufort, the original owners of the project. Now that KFE has moved the project on to something of potential value, they want it back & are willing to do almost anything to get it.
249d failed so now they are gaining control of the BOD by stealth & Tim & Angus would change the balance of power.
I'll be voting for Tim & Angus & against the other 2
