I continue to be absolutely dumbfounded as to why the Converting Preference shares which are offering a higher yield than the ordinary shares continue to trade at a whopping 9% discount to the ordinary shares. Especially when there is an option to convert them to ordinary shares later this year in addition to picking up another fully franked dividend in the meantime.
very attractive discount on prefs.
