thanks for the contribution, yes if you recall reading the performance crieria clause for CEO - Tony's options there is a providion in there regards should FOD receive a take over offer or being involved in an acquisition. I also think the Investor Update may have had somehting about M&A opportunities too.

FOD is definitely cheap at the moment with all these activities in the pipeline, seem to recall the newletter that covers FOD also quoting an 'opportunistic takeover' as being in the mix of possibilities as well.

I wonder how many followers of this forum have done any clicking through and browsing of any of that C-MART related research I posted ? that highlights the potential size of the prize as they say ?
