I think it's clear that 3M hadn't worked for whatever reasons (conflict of interest, lack of interest by salesforce in a third-party product, or other issues) and therefore needed to be terminated. However, this announcement doesn't provide any details about what will replace the arrangement. This makes me think that NXS was caught at least a little by surprise. A sentence or two of what they're going to do now would have been more comforting ... but perhaps they just don't want to poke the 800lb Gorilla?

I've sold down (but not out) as a result.
