there are so many things wrong with your posts, i dont even know where to start.

1. 260million is NOT a massive amount of shares. This month ALONE we have churned 340million. OAR earlier this year raise 760million shares at 0.002 yes, WITH free options... look where it is now.

2. Management has just dont a capital raise at a PREMIUM to the current SP. The fact that the SP is where it is and that options are ALREADY IN THE MONEY, is a positive. To try to spin some clueless rant that somehow we need to re-adjust the CR price to discount the current oppies price is completely obsurd. You clearly have no idea how CRs are done, nor the concept of value. Show me a company that has recently done a CR at a PREMIUM.... i can count on one hand how many i have seen over the years.

3. the fact that we will be sitting on $4million in cash to prove up our resource places us in a VERY VERY VERY good position.

4. "if results are so good, why issue now" - like i stated. better to get in now, get the $, and start the RC drilling. The fact that they have pulled the trigger on RC before getting assays speaks volumes of their expectations of the results... something tells me they are not bad either

5. you cannot just pluck a SP out of thin air i.e. 5c and state - we should have raised at that. when that is 500% more than the current SP.

i for one am glad we have the management team we have. A team that are DOERS. Not a team that decides to wait around for gold results for 3 weeks while watching the price dwindle.

If you dont like managements "style" and are concerned they are just accountants... well.... you know what to do....
