Any ideas how the F*** I get these shares into my SelfWealth account?

Can’t seem to be able to remove from LinkMarket, and can’t add to SelfWealth. Should I open an account at another brokerage to try and make it easier. Far out.
Did they deliberately f*** this up so all retailer holders couldn’t easily sell?
