GR,as posted I have no interest buying tls while current ceo and chairman are in control for the reasons posted,just my opinion. Re the exchanges that plan has been around for a while but as yr article suggests it could not be implemented until nbn completed. I had a figure of 1500 exchanges converted to so called distributed data centres ,iv'e always suggested it sounds like a good common sense idea. As far as re selling electricity,lets not forget as posted not long ago the chairman said tls will not get into retail energy. IMO this shows confusion in management. Also lets make this clear,tls is being pushed into electricity reselling because of origin and agl.Good management would understand if u want to compete in reselling energy against origin and agl u must resell both electricity and gas. Again someone suggested tls may have plansin the future to resell gas,i doubt it because as posted gas is a fossil fuel. Business is business,if management wants to live in la la land and stay out of sectors ie gas because of their beliefs then tls shareholders will pay the price. etc etc.
