TG's mates' know DEV is about to fly and have tapped him on the shoulder to get a piece of DEV for what will likely be (in the future) peanuts, if the CR price of $0.23 is true (thanks @dunnomuch ).
Keeping true to the crew, he's put this CR out to get a few more out to his mates before a flurry of positive news hits the market, sending this bad boy sky high!
