I would think they have to mention the PGEs when talking about the resource, given their planned route to producing precursor material isn’t signed off (nor the JV even in place).
If they only produced a con for sale, there would be a clear route to taking advantage of the PGEs.
Taking it all the way through to production of precursor makes the ability to monitise on the PGEs less clear.
