I don't think the market ever fully 'prices' thing in, in the same way that an individual investor or accountant does. Rather, the market at large is led by prevailing narratives and counter-narratives. The vaccine is the dominant market narrative at the moment, and since its perceived to be at odds with the reflation narrative, precious metals are no longer 'in vogue' and stocks are being sold off so hard.
