Management are 110% supportive of MM deal because it ultimately means that they keep their jobs.....self interest comes before anything with michelmore and cusack.
If someone else takes a punt they know they're gone straightaway, the market will like it and the shareholders I believe will be much happier
Marius could pay for it out of his hip pocket....or I'd be happy to hold some BHP scrip as opposed to a rather uncertain .825 - perhaps they are waiting FIRB ruling?
