made a mess is a bit harsh . . . even the optimists would argue a 2$ raise so they missed that by 15% or not even $2m . . for me the credibility that comes with cannaccord . . the absence of any broker fees . .and the ability to ratchet up delivery immediately with extra funds more than compensates for a few percent missed off the top of the cap raise price.
