Thurlow, a very good article, exactly what I've been saying. I wasn't as exposed as I would have liked to have been (with hindsight) but I still believe that a further large percentage will come off everyones property portfolio in the near future. The most chilling message comes from a guy who bought in Osaka, Japan 6 years ago for $700,000 who now holds a property worth $170,000- Japanese always had the thought that they couldn't lose on property (sound familiar).
