The quiteness on the Oman situation could be put down to the fact they have had another bad winter up there and really the opportunity to do any testing etc under 10 foot of snow would have been limited. The delay in the IRR could be fortuitous as it may allow for further testing on it. Alothough it would be handy if Maid Marion may just tell us such so we don't need to speculate.

by the by - only last week Clear Creek had a severe weather warning out - basically stating if you are under 70kg of weight do not go outside under any circumstances as you could be blown to California. That is the NTaylor interpretation of what it said.
