guess Anz would give a glowing report...since they earn income from home loans....but they are pretty small in the market ??? compared to CBA....or maybe I am wrong... one would think they have housing experts in there to assist them on the subject keep seeing posts with people scoffing at the ABS, REIA, BIS etc housing industry groups reporting on housing....
if they, the people and firms whose only interest is in housing, are not housing experts than what hope do we have... the answer...do we ask the 'australian goat breeders association' to report on housing, or the hoteliers association ?? to give us their views.... or should we just believe a journalists take on things ?
