A massive '2' shares traded in the closing auction to keep the price at 44.5c rather than 45c (unless I'm missing some Chi-x data that my trading platform doesn't show - if so can someone please let me know).
The only reason I can think of is that party(s) are looking to cap the price...similarly loading the sell depth to discourage new entries & then presumably picking up volumes as stops hit/ stale holders move on....
More than happy to hear other views of what this price action may indicate
(Edit.... looks as though this pattern has been happening since about mid September)
