Could you give us a couple of examples? GNC used 'north west NSW' but you're (also) suggesting 'central west'.
Block grain trains will be doing their best to move massive amounts to port but it's a huge logistical task, especially given that from northwestern NSW the main line from Narrabri to Maitland is largely only one track each way (double line) and there are heaps of coal trains, each with a predetermined train path. From the central west, not so bad as Port Kembla-bound trains can travel to Parkes, then crosscountry through Red Bend to Cootamundra, up to Moss Vale and across the very scenic line to Unanderra and on to Port Kembla grain terminal.
