"I think that all small shareholders are going to get pushed under the carpet as the majority shareholders & JVP are only interested in them selves. The will feel bad for the small investors for a minute or two but small investors are not a consideration for them."

Agreed! The company seem to be looking after just that - themselves, and HNC is trying to get/do what they can. Unfortunately, they own a lot of Money (as seen in the first meeting).

In answer to what is going on - the plant was scheduled for shutdown a couple of weeks ago and has been rolling out since. Last strip of copper happened about 3 weeks ago and then SX was shut down. As far as I know the plan to shut down at least the front end of the plant happened some time ago - as we are all aware there was problems with the RIP circuit and the plan was to shut it down for 3 months and get in engineers etc to refurbish and get it going properly. The mine is still operating on this plan.

Recievers are in control and they are representing HNC. HNC are currently financing all costs of running the place including salaries etc. There have been no redundancies and I fear this is their plan, keep the place rolling with uncertainty, people will leave, less money to pay out.

Frustrating for all involved - I got out of there and am glad to be gone!
