Hi nursery,

I think you should separate EDE from TAS.

TAS has rallied 30% since October 29th, and around 80% since March 23rd (where I topped up). TAS has 4 very nice and very different irons in the fire which, IMVHO, are highly likely to push the TAS SP significantly higher over the coming days, weeks and months. Particularly their JV with FMG at TAS's highly prospective Vulcan IOCG Project in the Gawler Craton region of SA (where drilling has just commenced at Vulcan North) has enormous potential.

EDE, on the other hand, has only rallied 12.5% since October 29th and only 23% since March 23rd.

I am somewhat surprised that you now only have "a token holding in the bottom drawer". I thought your relative value trading system was designed to ensure that you would end up with a very large parcel of either TAS or EDE shares, and at a very cheap entry price.

Although I totally agree that EDE continues to be very badly managed (where ongoing poor management and bad decisions have been extremely critical), the mere fact that EDE is still in business (thanks mainly to the undying support of its thousands of small shareholders), makes me think that with the very recent development of 3 different and extremely effective vaccines against COVID-19, as well as the various huge infrastructure programmes that will no doubt roll-out in 2021 in the US and around the world, the chances of EdenCrete gaining significant traction in the US, India and Australia, as well as a number of other countries, have probably never been better.

In addition, due to the recent developments in India, which should have a very positive effect on Optiblend sales there, and due to the fact that EDE now has a 7.2 million financing facility in place (subject to shareholder approval at next Monday's AGM), EDE are probably in the best shape that they have been since 2016. I am therefore somewhat surprised that you are throwing in the towel.

Having said all this, I am sure that you have plenty of shares in other companies that are doing very well, as well as your numerous other private projects and activities .
