Someone knows something.

Buckle in, this is going to be one interesting AGM. All it will take to return to the previous high of 3.6 cents is a catalyst. The extremely low multiples that this stock is trading on (4x PE) could double or triple overnight. Even if you triple the share price, you will still have an FY20 PE of less than 15x.

I will not be able to attend the AGM as I am in the U.K. at the moment, but if anyone does attend, it would be nice if they could report back here afterwards for the benefit of all shareholders.

I concur with @GeniusInvestor's questions:

• Why is this company not hiring a tech-savvy and high-profile industry knowledgeable CEO?
• Why hasn't the US sales position been filled?
• Why is the Board full of lawyers but nobody with industry-relevant knowledge?
• What is the strategic expansion strategy to other OEMs?
• When will the GM contract extension be publically confirmed?
• When will partnerships with DMS providers be considered?

I would add the following question to the list:

• What investor relations strategy is in place to encourage institutional investment? When will CXZ approach institutional funds on a non-deal investor roadshow as part of a strategy to ensure CXZ is trading at a fair valuation.
