firstly I have a lot of faith in this company, I've been holding for a while and can't complain. but this was a very poor decision and I'd have to ask why anyone would bother with this placement when the share price has taken a tumble and can be purchased @ market for the same (or less as was the case yesterday). I don't mind a company offering a small discount when raising funds by this method but $0.022 was a joke when we'd fought to get to $0.03
