    I'm actually surprised this didn't come earlier

    there is a difference between a company raising money to stay alive

    and one with new tech looking to scale up

    if I took the view of pledge and Brian I wouldn't have ever leveraged to buy a property

    let's see what this brings before we jump to conclusions
