Company fundamentals and cap raise for growth aside, realistically, shares don't move up on news of a 25% discounted placement to random sophisticated investors. Let's be honest here. This is going back to $1.70 levels very soon. I'd be very surprised if it doesn't. If we'd found a cornerstone investor, like 3DP did with Bevan Slattery, then that's a different story. We'd be racing towards $3 today. Unfortunately, that hasn't happened so there's nothing wrong with people expecting a retrace. Not everyone that buys a share thinks long term.
Interesting end to the year for us holders, that's for sure. If we can get some solid announcements between now and when the SPP closes, that will hep hold the price up. I'd be keeping my options open on whether to apply for the SPP or to buy on the market. Good luck everyone!
