Due to lack of info from mgmt your observations could have more truth in it than fiction.

After reading your comments I looked at those loans and the other dodgy ones done recently.Strange those dodgy ones were released for all to know ie like a badge of honour... quality of them doubtfull as TS was a director of one (Scimitar) and one to that 'colourfull' character Peter Landau ( mate of TS and dir of CFE ! ) and his co. Continental Capital... all have lack of capital,assets,cash flow and piss-poor S/P !!

I guess that most S/H and HC's do not read the reports, so they slipped out the big $$ under the radar to 'un-listed companies'.

Some past posts highlighted the small loans and believed the CN's @ 12% was great.If we get our capital back , I too will agree it was a good idea, and post it !
It looks too much like the IGC loan that went Sharmesian in Dubai after he underwrote GFE.The loan has been hand-balled around and around and was not repaid in full + interest on 31/12/08, so I guess it's gone pear shape and gone ! This too will probably happen to most of the inter-related loans that CFE have done and will do.

It looks like that Tony and Tim are siamese twins and joined at the hip.. hope when the tide comes in ,they are good swimmers !


Your reasons for $28ml loans do add up as the word is that Genorah need to raise $ to exercise their options and then all will complete the IGC T/O.An obvious good reason to help out your mates with some-one else's money and not fully disclose your actions.

TS is topping up to secure his position and deter any move on him and the board ( rumour is that some S/H's in IGC may try to dump the board with an EGM soon ! )

Also there are many un-happy S/H's in CFE, IGC & GFE - for obvious reasons,and the word is that many will persue their options later after getting out.

PS ... Tony I have an un-listed Co. too ... Can I have some secret money too ?? I promise to give it back if you can find me or any of my assets (hint) look in Dubai - Bermuda -Singapore or Hong Kong .... not to mention anywhere else off-shore.
