Although there has been no announcement, all the info is in the half year accounts. Contrary to other posts here, the information is not backwards looking and having just spoken to NXS is up to date as of last night when the report was finished. So although the P&L is of end of Dec 08, the commentary is current.

So with that in mind, they have received offers of $100m for an asset sale and warrants. They have also strong interest in a farm out in an exploration permit as well as trying to secure additional funding.

The key here is how much they get in the short term. But it sounds like they will get money but will not be able to get enough to fund all of CRUX, so it's going to be awhile before there is real certainty in this stcok.

They will make an announcement prior to the market opening tomorrow, but that may mean an extension to the suspension.

So there is nothing else to really do other than read the current report and make up your own mind as to how cornered these guys are, or not.
