I asked the inverstor relations woman about the comments and she said they are current. They ahve many balls in the air and they don't want to lift the suspension until there is some certainty around their future.

That makes sense to me. She did also say that the longer they have the better the chance of pulling off the deals. So I have resigned myself to the fact that it might take some time, but if that means that the sp doesn't tank on opening and they can put a deal together that guarantees Longtom and Crux funding then that's all that matters.

Longtom needs to be secured and that will also take time. They don't want to come out of suspension with that project under a cloud as the whole operation is then in doubt.

SBL, as mentioned before I hope you are right and I am only going on what NXS said to me on the phone today and I admit that they can only give you pretty much public info.
