No worries Mon. I really have no idea what is going on. With the sinister goggles on it does look like an deliberate delaying agenda. Kind of hoping it is the ground work for a hostile take over but me thinks is just wishful thinking.
A Key word that keeps popping is Cooperation Agreement mentions 4 times in the black Friday update and mentioned 3 times in the memo of understanding outlined on SIYI website. I am beginning to wonder if the purpose of the visit of SBL to China was to hammer out some contentious issues that required a tremendous amount of.... well
...cooperation
Also note that the only time I have noticed that word Cooperation Agreement before is in this paragraph
"3. Subject to SBN Board approval and legal review, Siyi will apply for Chinese patents to protect the design, practical application and other features relating to OraLine IV. This is necessary in order to allow Siyi to provide the required documents to the Chinese government and promote the OraLine product in China but for no other purpose. SBL will retain the final property rights to the Chinese patent applications. Further, in the event that
the Cooperation Agreement between SBL and Siyi is terminated early, the patents would be
returned to SBL;"
Could it be a clue that a breakdown of the cooperation agreement centred around the Chinese patent that SIYI needed to supply to the Chinese Government. This patent is subject to the Boards approval and legal review. Perhaps the board in their wisdom thought it best to hold back on the patent until after the approval hmmmmm???????
Maybe the board smelt danger and held back.???????
